Payments processed through Book3M may include:
Service charges
Platform fees
Applicable taxes
Payment processing fees
By making a payment, you authorize Book3M and its payment partners to process the transaction.

Technical issues
Duplicate payments
Services not delivered as described
Refund requests should be submitted to Book3M Support within the applicable refund period.
For vendors and contractors:
Accurate payout information must be maintained.
Payouts are subject to verification and fraud prevention.
Book3M may withhold payouts during investigations, disputes, chargebacks, or policy violations.
Customers should contact Book3M before initiating a payment dispute.
Book3M reserves the right to recover losses arising from fraudulent or invalid chargebacks and may deduct related amounts from future vendor payouts.
All Platform content, including:
Logos
Text
Graphics
Software
Images
Trademarks
belongs to Book3M or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
Book3M grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.
This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant Book3M a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for operating and improving the Platform.
You represent that you own or have permission to submit all uploaded content.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Book3M Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

Business interruption
Consequential damages
Book3M's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Book3M during the six (6) months preceding the claim, unless prohibited by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Book3M, its employees, officers, affiliates, and partners from claims arising from:

Violation of these Terms
Violation of law
Infringement of third-party rights
